Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We will ensure that you LOVE your prints!

The following terms apply to all Canvas On Demand products. Further, these terms are applicable to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced immediately at no cost or hassle to you. There are NO restocking or return shipping fees to replace your prints due to our error. We will never require you to mail your order back to us for returns or exchanges.

Do not discard your items until we have confirmed your return or exchange is complete.

If you simply do not LOVE your prints:
If you find that your order isn’t perfect for your space or are unhappy with the results, we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution. We will offer an exchange or refund for your prints within 30 days after you have received your order.

Exchanges will be credited back to you in the form of a voucher that you will be able to use immediately for a replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the total value of the voucher.

Refunds for any reason other than our error will be at the cost of your original shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Though we will never require you to mail your items back to us for return or exchanges, do not discard your items until we have confirmed your return or exchange is complete.

Holiday Return Policy Exception:
During the holidays, items ordered between November 15th and December 25th are eligible for exchange or replacement until January 31st.

We stand behind our work. That’s why we offer a 365-day workmanship guarantee on all our products. If there is an issue with your prints due to the quality of our materials or craftmanship we will happily offer you an exchange for the items in the form of a voucher, up to a year after purchasing.
